Can you benefit from the expertise The Mentor Group has to offer?  It takes but a moment to find out.  Have you heard any employees make a comment similar to the comments listed below?  Have you observed behaviors or situations that could cause someone to make the comment?  Your responses will help us to determine if we can help you become a more focused, efficient and profitable organization.

Instructions

For each employee comment, indicate the degree to which you believe this challenge exists in your organization. When you record your responses, be consistent as to whether you are thinking about the entire organization or some smaller part (e.g., department, business unit, functional area). You can repeat the survey from another viewpoint.

1) We poured a lot of money into technology, but we're not getting what we need.
